Neil Bradshaw brings extensive international experience in electricity infrastructure and power generation. Throughout his career, he has advised private developers, parastatals, and governments on project financing and public–private partnerships across the global energy sector.
He began his career in San Francisco and New York as a Director at Fieldstone Private Capital Group, a boutique investment bank specializing in independent power plant finance. Neil later moved to Kuala Lumpur, where he worked on public–private energy projects in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia, before relocating to Johannesburg to support governments, utilities, and parastatals in South Africa, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe.
Neil subsequently joined JP Morgan in London as Global Head of Equity Research for the utilities sector, focusing on European power markets and natural gas transmission—a role he held for eight years before returning to the United States.
In addition to his private sector achievements, Neil served for eight years as an elected mayor, gaining valuable public sector leadership experience.
He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacture and Management from the University of Birmingham (UK), and an MBA earned on scholarship at the University of Kansas (USA).
