Shule’s 19 years of legislative and government affairs experience is characterized by cultivating productive relationships and advocating on diverse issues, spanning from higher education at Weber State University, representing the Utah Credit Union Association in a trade organization capacity, and contributing to transportation initiatives with the Utah Transit Authority. His time in Senator Orrin Hatch’s D.C. and Utah offices provided him valuable insight into legislative processes. Shule’s career has enabled him to forge and sustain a significant network of state and federal contacts. He has a proven track record of delivering legislative policy changes and securing crucial appropriations from both the state legislature and Congress. Shule holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Utah State University, and a Master’s in English from Weber State University.
